Playground

This is the day to celebrate
our presence in the world
and to celebrate the world
in which we are present. 

I offer my thanks to you
for the return of my heart
because what I give
comes back to me
renewed and embossed
with the beauty of life. 

I quiet my troubled mind, 
the one that places
such grand importance
on your moves, 
and place my faith
in the sweep of life
that carries us to where
we are meant to go. 

Today, let us ride this wave
into the playground of our lives, 
offering the beauty in us
to each other... 

The coral castle in florida built by Ed Leeskalnin. Born in Riga, Latvia in 1887 to a family of stonemasons, Ed immigrated to the U.S. sometime around 1913 after his fiancée broke off their engagement.  He  built this amazing playground for her.
